Building Ariv meant mastering the hard parts of healthcare data: Medicare claims at scale, PDGM payment mechanics, ACO shared-savings math certified against actuarial formulas, hospice and skilled nursing benchmarks, and risk adjustment under CMS-HCC. It also meant engineering AI features that regulators and compliance officers can live with: PHI masked before any model sees it, small-cell suppression enforced in code, and tenant isolation treated as a ship-blocker.
