PracticeVantage started as a Salesforce consultancy founded by architects with Big-4 backgrounds. Over 75 commercial projects and 14+ US government engagements later, we made a decision most firms in our position avoid: we rebuilt how we work around agentic engineering, before selling a word of it to anyone else.
Today our engineers deliver with AI agents under human review as the default, not the experiment, on the two platforms we treat as first class: Salesforce and Databricks. The same team designed and built the Ariv Health platform, which is why our healthcare practice runs deeper than a vertical page on a website.

Our credentials are specific because vague ones are worthless. The team holds Salesforce Health Cloud accreditation. Our public sector work spans federal and state environments with FedRAMP and IRS 1075 obligations. And our AI engineering claims are backed by systems you can inspect in production, not slideware.
